THE BRIEF
The client required a co‑living environment that would appeal to a broad tenant demographic while maintaining a strong, cohesive identity throughout the building. The interiors needed to feel contemporary, warm and robust — designed for long‑term use while supporting modern urban lifestyles.
A key objective was to ensure that each space felt individual and characterful, without losing consistency across the development as a whole.
THE CONCEPT
The design approach centres on layered warmth and tonal balance. Natural textures, soft colour palettes and considered material choices were used to create spaces that feel welcoming, calm and liveable.
